I reinstalled my FMF pipe back on ,I didn't realize how much power I was loosing , I was just digging the quiet, I really missed the power , maybe that's why I'm only getting 45 MPG.
Well I hate people that say "told you so", people that are intolerant of other peoples' culture, and the Dutch..

Take a bow, You were right .I knew I'd be loosing power for the sake of quiet I didn't realize how Much .... I also copied a tuperware stand off lid for my lidless setup like another member did here, And it took some of the swoosh away ,Better
We gonna need a pic - perhaps a new thread - on your use of tuperware.. The intake growling is hated by some..
I'm not sure where on this site I saw it Or who get's credit for it , But there is a pic somewhere ,I took a tupperware bottom that was about the same size of the top of the air box ,Cut off the the pc that the lid would snap on to and cut off the front of the square bowl flipped it over and forced the sides down under both sides of the frame and taped the back down and the top rides just under the seat.That helps to hold it down, and the air is forced into the front so you get all the bennies [I would assume] just like lidless without all the noise..
Here is what the open chamber in the back of the muffler looks like up close. You can see the perforated wall lining the chamber (this holds a removable rock-wool insulation component). The main pipe has tiny perforations where you'd expect, but when it dumps into the chamber (measurements in the next reply) the perforations are much larger and spaced further apart.
The outlet pipe sits right above the inlet pipe as you can see in the cutaway pic below. The main inlet pipe extends around 3" into the chamber. The outlet pipe extends over the inlet pipe by about 1.5". The fine screen around the outlet pipe serves as a spark arrestor.
