yes, The muffler is 1 bolt through a clamp. and the header of course to the head.
I am going to try and get a more local guy to do the modifications for me. Then once i am happy will send it all the local Exhaust guy so he knows exactly what i want to duplicate.
If anyone has any other logical suggestions , IE fit the FMF header . (I am assuming the mega bomb and power bomb are the same size as far as fitting the silencer???
Please post here so we can discuss before i start on the MKII. I am hoping to be able to go out and see how she performs in a week depending on my foot. At present i cannot get my boots / shoes on. and the part where my skin is regrowing is exactly where i need to change gear.

The quiet core insert takes the outlet from 1 1/4" to 1 1/8". That doesn't sound like much but there is a noticeable difference just listening to it at idle and under a load. In my human powered sound meter it's good for at least 3db if not more. I did not notice any drop in power nor did I have to rejet.

The other part of your question, it is available seprately but -- at last look FMF had sold out of them and nobody is sure whether they plan to restock. You can call them to ask for this item to be replinished:
