Had to buy some new plastics, and have ordered a right hand radiator as mine is bent a little. too much . My old ones are away being repaired and painted. So i have two sets now.. Dress clothes and working (Touring) clothes.

I can't see the pics. Am I doing something wrong?

Spent some time studying the KTM EXC exhaust I have (from a 2016 model fwiw). I'm thinking the easiest path forward with THAT option is to cut & weld the existing FMF Q4 inlet pipe to mate up to the KTM inlet. Then, place new hangers on the KTM muffler to match to our frames.

Eager to hear back from George on his findings with pre-build #1.

QoS,
If you are going ahead with the KTM can you get some sizes from it. ? Overall length, where exactly the divider plate is inside. offset from input pipe to output pipe.. I going to be little behind,, as i have an infection in my leg, and feeling pretty crap at the minute.
Also can anyone tell me. Is the connecting pipe to the silencer, the same OD / ID on the mega bomb and power Bomb ?

George, sorry to hear of your leg - take care of yourself and heal up.

I'll work on getting some measurements from the KTM muffler this week
