+1 on that. Thatis a CYA statement on BG's partto make sure you don't start out too lean. Also, a Dyno Jet #145 might equate to a Keihin (OEM) #140, or vice versa. The jets differ slightlyinsize, which equates to their inner surface area. Also, the size difference is not linear so there will be some 'hit-n-miss,' depending upon which brand of jet you use.

All of the#'s listed here from members at their altitudesand mods are prolly theirpreferredsetup.But it is up to you to find the setting that is right for your set up. Members listing pilot sizes, mains and needles along with position of the clip and including the altitude plus using any other mods tells me that they know something about carburation.
