I am just wondering if anybody has tried the big gun exhaust yet, and what are my other options besides the muzzy,its not that i dont like the muzzy its sweet but im just wondering.

 

We'd all like to know too. As far as we've been able to learn, Big Gun stopped making their system even though lots of sites still advertise it.

 

O really well that helps in that comparision test, i guess big gun being mia is going to miss out on some sales then muzzy it is thanks for the info

 

I've got the Four Stroke Works header and muffler on my KLX. It's extremely light weight and makes a HUGE difference in power and torque over stock. But it is loud. It comes with a quiet insert, but I haven't tried the insert because noise isn't an issue where I ride. The full system costs around $500. You do have to re-pack the muffler periodically. Fitment wasn't the best (I had to tap a little dent in the header to clear an oil line) but performance was eye-opening!

 

Well i order the jet kit and a pipe last night but the guy i get all parts from could not order the muzzy it was not listed in the 06 parts unlimited so to make a long story short I ordered a big gun exhaust system so i will see if it is MIA. I hope not because it was a little cheaper at $260
