yea, my cockatiel died last july, it was very sad, because the following morning when i discovered him dead, i remberered the events of the past night, when i had last saw him.i went to bed late(3ish) and remember giving him some millet spray, he was acting rather unusual but i ignored it. when i turned out the lights i heard him shuffling around and a soft thunk. in the morning i realized that he was waiting to see me one last time before he died. i know that sounds ridiculous but that is what i beleive so there.anyways after the initial greif was gone I was happy for him because he was finally "free" from the indoors(he would have died outside) and i know everyone says animals dont go to heaven but i dont think that that is nessessarilly true. Every once in a while i will hear his distinct whisle and know he is still "watching over me".

well thats my inner peace on animal death, beleive what you want and i am really sorry about your ferret, remember that he lived a good life.

I think animals go to heaven. They feel love and they get jealous, they get their feelings hurt and they know when they've done something wrong. I definitely believe that animals go to heaven....and I hope with all my heart and soul that I'm right. jmo
