Thanks. I was trying to find what the next size up would be, and decided to go to the shinko tire site. They list a 120/80-18 for the KLX250, it's about a 1/2" larger on width and diameter than the 4.10. KLX stock size is listed as 4.60, but that's a knobby.

Check out the Heidenau K60's. They're a German tire, and a favorite with the long tour dual sport crowd. I have them on my F650GS Dakar. They are excellent on road and I found them to be excellent off road as well. Guys are reporting 12,000 to 15,000 miles out of a set!
