I would start with a brand new fully charged battery, then go from there.

yeah it is a 6 volt. I have already ordered the new flasher relay so i will just wait and see if that fixes the problem, if not i will just go pick up the battery from the kawasaki shop down the street they have the one i need in stock.

+1 on the battery..should be at least 6-volts when fully charged. Hopefully that'll fix it.
