My 07' zx-6r is making aticking noise too... [&:]I should probably take it into the dealer and have it looked at!! Should I take off all of my aftermarket stuff before I take it in? Does PCIII and aftermarket exhuast void your warranty?

 

"kinda sounds like the buckets. How can they warp? or bend?" i remember the tech saying something about that too. not clue how they warp or bend though bad parts maybe??

 

no brownie the PCIII and exhaust won't void the warranty,BUT the jumper mod will so take it out before you go!

just a little update. i was able to pick the bike up yesterday. The cam shaft and cam shaft comp. had to be replaced. since i got it back i decided to go for a little ride. got about 20 miles and pulled into a gas station for something to drink when i noticed oil was leaking out all over the place(i had to have it towed). Needless to say i am waiting for the tow truck as i write this to take it back to the dealership
