First thing I'd check is to make sure your chain is properly tensioned and lubricated. All sorts of nasty sounds and jerkyness can come from a bad or improperly adjusted chain. If you end up having to replace the chain due to excessive wear, you'd be best off replacing the sprockets at the same time. Treat them as one part, or they may wear again prematurely.

A ticking sound and moderate vibration is the first signs of main bearing wear. main bearings wear , there MIGHT be a small gap between your crankshaft and main bearing.s which is causing the ticking noise. How does it sound when it is fully warmed up? Clymer motorcycle repair and troubleshooting will give you a hint. I'd watch carefully for the noise and beware if the noise progesses.

You might not be all the way in neutral. Try playing around with the shifter while in neutral.
P.S. don't fall down
Jerky rear brake? Is it a drum brake? Or it might be wet(They tend to grab harder when cold and wet.
