Question Ticking sound and oil problem

So....about two months ago i had gotten a small crack on the bottom of my oil pan. All of the oil drained itself from the bike and the bike sat for a month before i could get the money and parts for a new oil pan. After that month i replaced the oil pan with a brand new one and a new gasket as well as did a complete oil change. When i started the bike there is a loud ticking noise, not as if something is rattling around, and sounds like its coming more from the front of the engine. The sound increases speed as the throttle increases and is consistant.

Would anyone know what this problem might be??? maybe dried up oil pump, maybe something with the piston...if anyone can help just let me know
Thanks

it is a 2006 kawasaki ninja 636, the noise is i think too loud to be a loose pin, it might in fact be a bearing in the crank case...

how long did the bike run after you got the crack in the pan. And do you remember if there was oil draining out of the crack when it happened. I know you did and oil change and stuff from your post but did you put oil in the oil filter before you installed it or maybe burb the filter after the bike was running? if not you might have torn something up in the motor some where

drain the oil & look to see if you have any metal floating around in the oil, this will tell alot, but kawi motors are notorious for there ticking sounds & most of the time people mistake them for a bad bearing and its usually the cct
