Default 89 ZX-7-H1 help

Need help with my ZX-7 restoration. The mount on the steering head has been broken off. I have a local fabricator that tells me he can fix it if I can get the dimensions of the original mount. Attached is a pic on the steering head. A pic with the diminutions on it would be a great help or some direction as to where I can get them. also does any know what the paint code for the frame is? Thanks Ed

Use the top tab that is showing as your dimensions along with your gauge stay/bracket since that is what bolts onto those tabs.

I have never seen that tab break since I have been riding my 7. Pretty weird.
