ZX12 motor compatability

Default ZX12 motor compatability
Does anyone have specific knowledge as to the compatability of motors? Will a 2001 ZX12 motor fit into a 2004 ZX12 chassis?

it should.. unless there was a structural change in the framing.. i'm a lil unfamiliar with that one, but knowing kawasaki and how they do things... if it doesn't, itshould be VERY close and easy to make work.. i can almost bolt a 7-R motor in a 94 ZX6-E.. and the ZX9's motor fits in a 7 frame with custom upper mounts...

Look at the frame p/n's in the fiche. I am not familiar with the 12 to know what major parts were changed during that time frame.
