I love myScorpion with the photochromic shield. It changes tint according to the ambient light; excellent "gun-metal-ish" hue. It's about time somebody finally invented a photochromic shield!! No need toswitchfrom dark to less-so when riding after the sun goes down. What a concept....

i've got an afx fx-30 multi-red colored helmet -- i like it a lot. it comes with a removable fog shield. its pretty comfortable and i don't find it to be heavy. for the price i think its awesome. got mine on sale from kneedraggers

 

I'm looking to buy another shield for my Scorpion. I was going to buy the Everclear mirror shield, but I just saw the photochromatic shield. How dark does it get? I have sensitive eyes, at least when the sun is out in full. I ask because I like the features, but I need the shield to be dark.

 

I love my Fox V3!
