Seriously man, I can't believe you would consider wearing that thing when you have that other nice helmet strapped to the back of your bike. That hoody thing looks so cool NOT

I'll take my full face helmet anyday. That other thing looks like a Pee Wee Herman reject head sock. That is supposed to look better than wearing a normal helmet????

I've got a very nice Shoei Z-Two street helmet and I went down in the dirt recently and it got a few scratches. I wouldn't even consider riding without either it or my MX helmet. But instead of tearing up my face, my helmet just got a few scratches and now instead of facial reconstruction and possibly losing an eye, all I have to do is scrape a little dirt out from under my visor. Sounds like an acceptable compromise to me

But whatever works for ya. We all make our own choices and live (or not) with the consequences.

People still ride without helmets? Hmmm that's sad. Just picture the people who love you when they find out you might have survived if only you had the helmet on, sorry for the lecture.

I'm still shocked that you'd actually consider wearing that thing while you ride....!?!?1? WTF?
Yeah, WTF??? WEAR YOUR HELMET!! That's what it's made for; to save your head. I think you fell and hit your head.

As you can see this site is very pro gear, as it should be. Both my wife and my dad work in the medical field and I have heard way to many stories on people who didn't wear there helmets. And most of the time it isn't the bikers fault, its the guy going home after pulling an all nighter who can't stay awake. Now here is a pic of my helmet, I love my helmet! But the bottom line is if I brake it when I fall I will just get another. It isn't worth the risk by not wearing it.

IMHO the only thing dumber than not wearing your helmet is riding with it strapped to the back of your bike. And you will look alot cooler with helmet on rather than that beenie which won't stay on your head if your sliding down the road on your face.

Im sure you all know who he is...But ask Indian Larry about helmets. Oh wait you can't because he died because he did NOT wear one. Anyone who doesnt wear a helmet deserves whatever happens to them. I know its rude but they make the damn things for a reason. I spent 749.00 on my helmet and if I wreck in it....well oh well guess I will just buy a new one. Its not a big deal. PLEASE wear your helmet! Also, don't be a dufus and wear your helmet but only wear a wife beater, shorts and flip flops. *smile*. I just thought it was common sense to wear your gear.
