i just bought a 94 kx 125 need help!!

Default i just bought a 94 kx 125 need help!!

the top end needs rebuilding and i need to know how i can tell the differnce between (A) cylinder or (B) cylinder does it matter

Not sure what your question is. In order to check the condition of the cylinder you have to pull it off. Why are you condeming the top end? In order to check it besides visually looking for abnormalities is to measure it. You need an accurate way to check both the piston and the cylinder itself. Or take it to the dealer and them do it. to answer your first question, no. as long as it was made for this bike type it dosent matter wich one you use. if one has a substantuilly larger price tag then the other it is proabilly sompething special like a high compression head or sompething for use with high octane aolchol or another race fuel. either way you should be fine with either a or b. why are you replacing it?

i found out! cylinder-a can be bored to a 135 and cylinder-b can be bored to either a 144 or a 150 (depends on the make and the year) if you plan to bore the bike then pay attn to that, it could help later.
