welcome to the forum...
has it cooled back down yet since you idled it? or is it still hot when trying to restart it?
if hot then it could be an electrical component crapping out from the heat (they tend to do that with age)
is it turning over? ot just clicking?

if its just clicking then the the battery is drained, or the starter is drawing too much power from being hot.
if the headlight isn't working then there could be a short somewhere draining the battery.

so it most likely has to do with my battery? and if i removed the fuse for the headlight, would it still draw power ? because i charged the battery for 17 hours.... and it wont start the bike twice?

if the battery has been dead too long it may not want to hold a charge.
if thegenerator is dead it won't be able to charge the battery while its runnign so the time running the bike will drain it.
try putting the charger on it, removing the fuse to the headlight, and starting it again.
if you have a multi meter check to see what voltage you are getting after disconnecting the charger. if its 12 then the generator is probably dead. if its more than 12 then its fine and the battery may need to be replaced.
you should be able to take the battery to the auto store and have it load tested.
