I took all the EGR stuff off my KLX250 and capped the port on the engine and now it is building pressure in the head and popping the tabs on the gasket out. I put all the EGR stuff back on and it is still doing it. Anyone have any ideas?

 

You didn't by chance plug the crank case breather thats on the right side of the engine did you?

 

I was just wondering that.

 

Yes it has to be a plugged Crank Case Breather doing the smog mod will not cause that problem
