I think that taking the CV carb off would be the easiest way to get the bike to rear up unless you work on your clutch technique, but with the KLX, it is going to be difficult.

So far I haven't been using the clutch, just trying to get the front up with throttle and jumping on the bike. Thanks for the body position tips! I do find I end up leaning forward and it's definitely a learning process between the timing and the positioning. I wish I had a lighter, easier bike to learn on and then transfer the skill to this one!
