I have been trying to upgrade my 2009 KLX250S, and have been having a hard time finding parts that actually work properly. If you enter your make & model on most sites for specific parts for this actual bike, they display no results found. I have added a FMF Megabomb, with a Powercore4 slip on, stage 2 jet kit, UNI air filter, removed air box lid, and had no problems. It woke the bike up. But recently, I have added Pro Taper Windham bars, and have been having trouble with the throttle tube portion of it. Also, I purchased Moose Racing levers for a KX250 that do not work with a KLX. What are my options for an aluminum throttle tube, and levers that actually fit the bike properly. I tried to modify them with a grinder, but the angle is wrong. Please help!
