Default Klx250sf starting with choke on but dying when given throttle or taking choke off

Hey I just bought a klx250sf and I don't know much about bikes. When I start it with the choke on it starts right up but as soon as I give it any throttle it stalls. If I try to take it off choke it will also die. This was after it warmed up for over 15 minutes. Anyone have this issue and know how to fix it? Thanks

Verify proper fuel flow into the carb. If that is not the problem, you are going to become a CVK carb rebuilder or have it done. Your primary and pilot fueling systems seem nonfunctional. The carb will have to be completely disassembled, every part and internal circuit checked for function, cleaned properly, and then the carb must be properly reassembled. You, or someone, will do this over and over until it is done right.
