thanks..he's had his bike a few years now...I do like the idea of not having to remove the seat to clean the air filter..and he has quick release bolts to hold on the side cover..I think that's neat too.

easy, the GC is longer, holds resale better, and has tons more space. for '08, the regular caravan is not being built.

One of my riding partners rides a 2005 DRZ400. It's been modified from stock, but she loves it. I think that it is a fine motorcycle. http://www.danamoreproject.com( you have to click on "off road adventures" to find the list of mods -- the picture is kind of old too)
