45 and under with high humidity. I go by a lot of wetlands on my way to work and as soon as I get near them my mirrors instantly fog, same for the helmet shield unless positioned juuuuuuuust right. If I loaf it along at just under 60 it was OK last week, closer to 65 and it must be just sucking so much air that the carb gets rediculously cold. It ices up around 10 miles into a highway speed trip typically, never done it with varying throttle on the trails.

305/70-17 is a 34.8" tire. I researched this for days on end before buying. You guys are getting hosed on your tire prices. There's a place on ebay down in Alabama or somewhere that I bought mine off of. Very good to deal with and their prices include shipping. I'll see if I can post up a pic of my Ram w/the tires. Here's a shot from the front that I just had to share.

Hmmm.....I asked for 35's for mine and mine are 315/70R17....oh well more I guess. I got hosed if I bought some crappy non-aggressive tread. These are Yokohama Geolandars and are the best tires I've ever had. I put 70,000km on them and they still look new. Very aggressive in the mud (not compared to a mud tire of course) and very stable/quiet on the road. Alot of guys up here have had them for over 100,000km. I got mine for cost at a tire shop so I'm happy with the deal, also installed balanced and aligned for 1200 cash.

Nope definately didn't get hosed.

I don't think it's the first time a topic has veered is it? I feel bad I guess.........gas is still $2.79 here in Des Moines.
Okay, back to the DRZ stuff.......it has tons of torque and power and does power wheelies at will. Oh, did I say how much torque it has? I mean, it will stretch your arms and the fit and finish is awesome. It comes with high end components and has killer torque. I know that pissed someone off.

That little DRZ doesn't amount to a pimple on a CR500's *** when it comes to power.

My dad can barely walk, he can't beat up anyone, but he can shoot!
