SO maybe that's why the dealer is havnig such a hard time "finding" an '09 in green for me... I wonder if this recall has played into this agonizing wait for my bike. Hmm.

Have not received one yet, but I'm not at home to receive it anyway. Have not felt any issue on mine so far.

I have, just this morning on my way to work, I was in a tight left lean and the left grip slid a little, I was like WTF!!!

I just got the recall letter. Has anyone gotten the recall fix done yet, and did it turn out ok? Do they replace the grips or just the glue?

I'm sure glad I have an 06.

I got in before the standards had dropped.

I wonder if other corners were cut?

BTW Grips not the only thing slipping on the 09's.
