yea i'm a little confused as well... you'r opening the hole so there is no vacume or plugging it so there is a better vacume. plugging it shouldnt be a problem neither should drilling it, just would like to know which ones more efficient

 

I dont listen to anyone who says yea it will fit a klx250S..... they are usually wrong.... the bike is just starting to make its way onto pages of aftermarket parts.... but yes most klx300 parts work.

 

yeah +1, people on this forum are the only ones i listen to when when someone says "it'll fit the klx", and thats only some of you...

Are we talking a US spec bike? If so there are not any holes to fill with epoxy.
