Default 2018 cdi update

So I’m looking at the manual come with my bike and it says 10 btdc at 1300rpm and 34 at 11000 rpm
so I guess it is updated from old models?

Yes, that is a different ignition timing scheme than the carb'd bikes..

This stuff gets very complicated, but basically - richer performance fueling requires less ignition advance than leaner fueling. Another way of looking at it - Leaner fueling requires more ignition advance than performance fueling..

34° , on a carb'd KLX with performance fueling, is too much advance in the midrange..

If we had a complete ignition advance chart for the new bikes, we could make some educated guesses for a starting point for AFR/fueling tweaking...
