Looks great! I just ordered one for mine. Is it obnoxiously loud? Did it make a significant power improvment?

Don’t forget to block off pair valve. Mine has zero decel pop from 10000rpm and let off throttle

Yup, already done. I have other "new" mods in the works for the EFI KLX which, if all goes as planned, I will post on here shortly. That's all I can say for now... lol

Does EJK show how to block block off the pair valve? Can you explain? I’m planning to buy the EJK unit, remove the lid and change the exhaust. Is the Barker exhaust a slip on, or does that also replace the pipe/header?

There are several ways to block off the pair valve. You can cut the hose (or buy a new 1/2 inch hose) and plug both ends with a PEX 1/2 inch plug and clamp (used for plastic house plumbing). Some use silicone to block it off. Bill Blue also sells a block-off plate with his big bore kit that will bolt to the head and he also sells the Barker exhaust. You can probably buy just the plate (and exhaust) from him. I don't think the EJK includes anything to do this (mine didn't).
