Ok it doesn't mention the fuses except in this one picture, my scanner isn't working right now so here is a photo of the page. No. 6 is the fuse holder.

 

Yes, #6. When you look at it there doesn't appear that there would be a fuse in it. It looks like a rubberized connector.

 

Awesome this clarified what I thought. #6 is missing from my bike, but the plug that goes to it is there and the pig tails are still on the bike. Connected them together and now all is well. Going to put a fuse in it tomorrow! Thanks brother! I get my new helmet tomorrow too, perfect timing.
