TNC, still urban. Every place may be a short drive, but it ain't out the back door. Living in Cleveland or Columbus versus Dover or Mount Vernon. One requires dealing with urban traffic, the other has dirt roads within a few miles and some seriously twisty county/township roads. Makes that dual sport easier to sell for the best money when it's just out your back door. I may only be 40 miles from the start of some good riding, but that's still near an hour of riding to and from. When I lived in the east of the state I could end up on fun roads within 3 miles almost any direction, dirt roads within 8 miles. It was fun to have the dual sport there. 6 miles to work and 12 miles home the fun way.

The kbb value listed for the ‘09 Klx250s last time I checked was $2795 in my area. So I’d strip off every mod I did for resale on eBay. Maximize your ability to sell for profit.
Ocotillo Wells Superstition mountains Imperial Valley is my fun zone. Baja is close too...

Do you live in SD, or a suburb? I have relatives in Escondido, so that's one reason I'm familiar with SoCal and have frequented there.
