2005 KLR250 Kickstart stuck issue
I just had to do a replace on a camshaft sprocket and when I assembled the motor the kickstarter would not turn at all
The motor cranks with the flywheel bolt.
I took off the right case and remove the clutch basket after that everything spins freely including the inner transmission by using my fingers or by using the front sprocket [chain not connected].
Anyone know what could be causing the kickstarter to not spin when the clutch is installed.
The motor was in neutral because I was able to spin the front sprocket while it was still assembled.

More Work Done - No Result
So I took off the head again and had the engine down to the cylinder + bottom end [this was to see if the issue was in the bottom end].
The kick starter moved freely as it was supposed to.
Then after I reinstalled the head and had the camchain installed once again it doesn't budge but the engine moves freely. ANY IDEAS?
