try heat on it.. a hair dryer or actual heat gun ( if you have one) tends to make the glue pliable enough to move them around..
juust be careful not to heat em up too much.. they'll curl or shrink,then you'll be screwed..

Sorry 4 being late,anyhow,got the pad off(heatgun worked great)Pics are up in photo gallery,been on vacation, and of course the weather sucks for riding.off and on rain,little sunshine.but summers almost here
