Brute Force Problem
disconnect both ends of the hose and see if the hose is clogged - if its not the hose then you may need to take the carb off and do a careful cleaning/declogging
no that is a deff electrical prob, since it is fuel injected it has an ecu, you can take it to your local dealership and they should be able to read the prob with a diagnostic tool. but to me it sounds too much like "limp home mode" and that is electrical not a mechanical prob
electrical, hmmm. do they just use a diagnostics tool on it, because i do have access to one and if i can use it and pin point the probon the quad and i can fix it my self. The reason i dont want to take it to the dealership is because its about an hour drive and they charge an arm and a leg for labor. Anyone else think electrical could be it? And can i fix this sensor myself by just purchasing another one? Any info on this limp home modewould be great. Thething is, i dont have a checkengine light on andnothing is flashing, i did a brief search and everyone i read said they had a "limp home mode" message come up. Can it be that without the check engine or message?
I appriciate all the input on this and Im open for any suggestions. thanks.
