where are all the zzr600 owner's
One right here.. Well, it's a 2005 ZZR600, which is essentially the same exact bike (save a few cosmetic changes) as the 2000-2002 ZX-6R's that won AMA Championships... So yeah, great bike, plenty of power..
I absolutely love mine... it's my first bike, and keeps me smiling whenever riding it. It's also a hell of a lot more comfortable than the newer super-sports, which is a side bonus. Insurance is cheaper too since they re-branded it a ZZR. Same bike though... Shhh. Don't tell the insurance company. I like paying only $236/year for full coverage on my NEW bike..

Congrats!! I'm like you...didn't want a cruiser, but didn't want to be all scrunched up either, so I got the ZZR1200 a couple years ago....lovin' it!! Great for two-up riding, plus it's a lazy-man's bike - so much power across the band you only have to shift if you want to....the new ZZR600 is a great looking bike....I didn't like the old one too much ('03, when I was looking).
Congrats and welcome, great people here!!
Gear up and ride safe!!!

Right on! Congrats... Hope you like it as much as I do...
Right now I'm stuck in London w/o my bike for 6 weeks... but I'm thinking of renting one while I'm out here... 195 pounds for the weekend though, kind of steep. Just might be worth it though.
