Gettin' it done.

RE: Gettin' it done.
Ok now that I've regained your interest after effing this up four ways from sunday, here's the poop LOL
Track days at Jennings GP, Jennings FL., 13/14/15 Oct. The weather was awesome and Josh Herrin showed up and rode on saturday. That kid is sick on a friggin bike. Real good guy though, takes the time to talk to us mere mortals and his folks are cool as well. (his dad is his crew chief, his mom is his manager) I would love to have gotten a photo with the both of us in it but we don't ride side by side long enough to get it in one picture
LOL
Got the 636 dialed in pretty good but ran out of tires before we could finish. Still tweaking the suspension and gonna change the gearing. 1 down and 2 up may be a little to much. At about 150+ I'm pushing 15 grand(13,5 is the sweet spot) and looking for 7th gear and need some "in between" gears on certain parts of the track, so we're gonna try 45 on the rear and that oughta do it. (adjusting your shift points is a bitch) The Ohlins are dead on the money and worth every cent. I gotta tell you, I was about 5+ seconds off my normal pace but that suspension was fun fun fun to ride.

Everyone comments on the bug eyes, here's the story. The number plate without the numbers looks kinda stoopid, so we just put the bug eyes to be different till the number plate goes on next season. The guy behind was on a steet bike and lights are required to be taped up and he drew eyes on the front. His tail light said "if you can read this, **** you, go around".

Nice, not bad for a.......
Glad that you are getting things figured out. Although I do not have Ohlins, I am still working on my penske and tires as well. Nice pics, thanks.
