Ha that's funny, this morning on the way in to the store I go to change into the rt lane and at the same time the guy behind me goes too. So I guess he thinks I cut him off so he comes around me and stays in my lane thinking it will scare me or something.
I hold my line, I drive a large f250 super duty with an 8 ft bed, rolling punishment for who ever wants to run into me.
So he starts cutting hard into and out of my lane trying to scare me again. The 3rd time he comes in I roll down my window and let my venti coffee fly into his passenger window. Splash, he was pissed.
I just started laughing at him and gestering, dam I wish his window was open.
He starts flowing me and is motioning he is on the phone, like who is he calling the chp lol!. Anyway, he finally drops back at the 241 toll both probably wanting to report me I just roll on laughing inside.
He was in a brand new silver dodge trk. What a tool!
Sorry for the long story I just thought it was funny.

Yea its pretty rough here, no traffic, no crime, unless you count the occasional dog on the lose without a collar, no road rage, no pollution, no crowds, yea its brutal. 2 miles to anywhere, I would not trade it for anything. The long way home is on a trail or back road, what an adventure!! I better shut it before everyone wants to sell thier ninjas and get a KLX and move here.[8D]

RE: Is it that time again....ALREADY????
I always stop at cross walks, and years ago when I had a 72 Chevy flatbed with a full almost 3 ft by the width of the truck black diamond plate and a drop hitchmade out of solid steel, I stopped at a cross walk and all of the sudden I hear tires screeching and then a guy in a Ford Escort hits me at like 20. I get out to see that not only was there no damage to my truck, but the flat black paint wasn't even scratched. His car on the other hand had a broken radiator, bumper and hood was folded. I felt bad because he looked at me and I knew that he knew it was his fault. I asked him if he was OK and then said what do you want to do? He told me that he couldn't claim anything on his insurance or they would cancel him. He probably didn't have insurance, and so I helped him push it to a side street and gave him a ride home. To this day I always look in my mirror to see if anyone is coming behind me before I stop.
About 5 years ago we had a Dodge Caravan 98 I think, and I was sitting in traffic waiting to turn left, and I look in the mirror to see a red car coming up on me with no intention of stopping, doing 30 I punched the gas at the last second trying to avoid a real bad hit and still got hit so hard that my electronic organizer flew out of my pocket and hit the front window, the rear view mirror flew off and the seat I was in bent backwards about 6 inches. I got out and asked the old lady if she was alright. Her and her husband were pretty shaken up so I pulled the car off the road for them. Funny thing, I was heading to the chiropractor's office for a visit. Her insurance paid for a new rear bumper, seat and paint. Good times.
Hey that brings up a question: How many of you guys do a full head and body turn to make sure people are not trying to pass you on the left? I started doing it a few weeks ago and it makes you really wonder how many riders get hit because they only use a mirror before changing lanes. I still remember what an old Harley rider told me once. He said to me "Just remember, when you're out there riding, you're invisible." At first I didn't get it, then later I realized that he was saying that people can't see you, and so ride like everyone is going to run you over. I always try to make eye contact with every driver that is waiting to pull out in traffic.
