Funny you mention that. I had that happen with my ZX9 when I first got on that. I have been really good about the break in so I haven't had it past 6000 rpm. However... I did get on it a little hard and it got to 6000 really fast and really easy. The scary part was how hard it pulled like that so soon. This bike is amazing. I have already put over 400 miles on it on just city riding trying to follow the break in rules. According to the dealer I have to bring it in at 600 miles for the first service. I'm hoping that after that I can ride it how I want.

One other thing that I've noticed. The ZX10 is pretty heavy. In fact it's heavier then my ZX9. The part that really gets me is the ZX10 feels so much more light. I'm not just refering to the power and handling either. If you're just pushing it aroung in the garage it feels easier to move in general. I give the ZX10R 10 chinamans....
