Good news bad news
Ok, g/news first...the weather the past few days has been great allowing me to ride my bike whooowhoooo!!!! bad news last night when i was riding home some j/*** pulls up behind me flashing his lights after i passed him @ around 80-85 mph. I thought to myself what is this guy doing, i didnt want to stay there and find out so i gased it, hit about 136mph looked behind me and what do i see? CHP!!!! too late the chp pulls in front of me ( after i slow down) and turns on his lights. Im thinking to my self should i leave him or pull over(i had a few drinks) i pull over thinking it will be ok i didnt drink that much, wrong i blew a .1 so ya i was arrested and spent the night in jail. Know i have a court date on the 20th of Jan. my bike is in storage and they are closed until the 27th. So another lesson learned the hard way. Not to mention my insuranse is going to sky rocket...sigh...I hope the storage is taking care of my baby, cause i drove by and didnt see my bike in the yard, but i saw others out in the weather, not good!! Hope the best 4 me......
Hope the best? sorry I got no tollerance for anyone who has even one drink and get's behind the wheel, especially of a bike. That being said, I also believe in second chances, so good luck.
That sux bro, the laws for alcohol limits are so low that if you look at a drink you may be over the limit. I still feel for you bro just remember no drinking and driving or ridding.
Yea, thats it for me. I dec. not to drink anymore its just not worth it. Iam not really mad about the situation, iam going to learn from it. I always wanted to stop, but didnt have the will power to do so. I think iam ready now. I had time to think about it, cause it could have been worse, dead, in jail, or even hurt some1. I dont like the idea of hurting others because of my poor dec. So wish me luck
Hey there is nothing wrong with drinking but there is a right time and place. Good luck on the not drinking and driving, it is all about decisions, and you are making the right one right now. Better to have 1 DUI to wake you up rather then a manslaughter charge.
Ride safe.
Ride safe.
