I think that is a great suggestion, or get one of those mopeds that ( I think) Talca has.
You can borrow mine, my kid won't mind.

Hey watch it deej, i just recently built one of those Pedal assist bikes with a KX65 2 stoke motor. It scares me more than the KLX. There is no speedometer but I imagine its doing 75 without full throttle. It weighs about 40 lbs.

HEy Wedge I think every time Will does something like that you should kick your son's butt. I know that doesn't seem fair, but it is funny. Oh and since when are you old enough to have a 17 year old? I thought you were barely old enough to drink. That's a compliment by the way, you don't look old enough.

That kid would have no butt left.

lol That's why I gave my son the Eliminator 125... He won't be able to do 80mph let alone 100mph. And he's not getting a car until he's 18.

I don't want to delay the court date since my license is suspended in the state of VA. I have a MI license since that's where I'm from so I can drive in any other state but VA right now and I just want to get this over with and move on with my life, whatever the outcome I have learned my lesson and I am not going to speed again, I am 27 years old and I need to start acting like an adult and it starts now. I really don't see doing any more jail time than a few days if any at all. All I'm hoping for at this point is that my license doesn't get suspended for too long and the fines stay low, if they start to amount to 2k or more than I will sell the bike.

Hey Rocketrotary,
I have a question for you. I am an electronics technician in the navy right now with a year left till I hit my EAOS and I amabout 80% certain that I want to go army under the blue to green program. I think I am going to talk to a recruiterin the next few days but I am just curious if you have met anyone in the army that did this before and what kind of options I have for jobs in the army with the training I have already, thanks and this thread is now officially derailed.

I just got out of the Army in the last few years and I had never met anyone who came in via that program. I would look for a 15 series MOS (Aviation)personally, as your knowledge could definitely be put to useworking on birds. Also a 25 series (Signal) job would be a good fit foryour skills, but would be a much less comfy job because you would be forward deployed, the aviation guys live on the airfieldin luxury, the signal guys live with us in the dirt.
