lol....my mom would have disarmed him at the front door... NO QUESTIONS ASKED and noone expected.....but that weapon would get stowed..trust me...or you leave.

I come from a military family with quite a few cop friends that come by and it's funny when people leave and they got to go to my mom to get their weapon....lol.....she is 64...and they wait in line like little kids....me too

The seniors within the police department(s) that your friends work, and the community at large trusts these individuals with firearms... why doesn't your mom?

Im sooooooo bored at work....since i told my boss im leavin he hasnt given me any work to do....so i just sit here.......all day....... sucks.

Man when I put in my two weeks from my prior job over 10 years ago, they put me to work documenting all the stuff I do. I spent the next two weeks in documentation hell. Consider yourself lucky.

 

It doesnt take a whole lot of consideration to pacify the grandmas and aunts. Most of us were kinda amused at it all, but once the elders realized he wasnt going to stash it, it was very uncomfortable for them. He has to be armed, fine, hide it. Dont get aunt bee, and grammy in an uproar, keep gramps from getting cranky, keep uncle ernie from startin $hit after his 5th glass of wine. He should have been smarter.
Yea, the turkey and exculsion wasnt why they broke up, but its when it all started, she didnt trust him so much after that. I never asked her, but hey, maybe he was " inadequate". Whatever, who cares, he is gone.
When your from an area/family thats not gun carrying folks, its difficult for people to be around folks that are, 's'all Im saying. My buddy is a cool a$$ dude, rides like a pro, has a blast doing it. No one cares he carries, its just uncomfortable for some people, lots dont even know he is a cop, so its kind of amusing to us when someone talks smack, or pulls a 420 at the end of the day, inside jokes galore !! Its all good. We ride him pretty good about being a pistol packin pete, he is way good about it, but again, he dont get roosted as much as everyone else!!

Stand by there FM, workin it right now. I called my dad, he is in North Floriduh, and I know he makes it all the time, when he calls me back I will find out where he gets 'em I know he dont buy canned @ 8oz a time. Last winter when I was there he had made a kickin batch. Old school yankee version, a bit different then I make, for sure.
