Ok so I park my bike in front of my work so I can keep an eye on it. But in order to park it there i have to go through the sidewalk. No one is on the sidewalk and i'm going slow about 4-5mph and the cop gives me a ticket while i'm parking it. Grrrr I would've thought I'd have a ticket for speeding..but this? BLAH anyone ever get a ticket for the same thing? If so how much did it cost you?

 

I wonder if they could have ticketed you if you would've walked the bike on the sidewalk? Sorry, I've never been in that situation before.[>:]

what?what's the citation for? I don't understand what law you broke. . . ? Similar to riding a bicycle on the sidewalk?

 

yeah basically theres a law stating that you cannot operate a motor vehicle on a side unless you are going adjacent to it. pretty gay but whatever man hope it's not expensive
