Leena, there are some clubs that are terrible to their employees and others that are good to them. In my youth i frequented many clubs in this area. Some of the girls enjoyed working ata few of theplaces me and my buddies visited and would stay there for years. I knew a couple of girls who worked their way all the way through college dancing in the same place or for one owner who had several clubs.

My suggestion would be to not work at a club like that if they treat their waitresses and dancers badly. The drug issue is another one you'll have to answer for yourself. You don't have to take crap from an unfair employer. You can find better elsewhere.

Thanks everyone! I'm still looking around. I know BD might be an anomoly and I'm not judging all clubs by my experience there.
