Default Running Slow

I have noticed as it is starting to get colder that my bike doesn't like it as much as i thought it would. I start my bike, let it warm up a bit, and then start to go and as you turn the throttle, it jerks a bit and is sluggish until i change gears. It also likes to boug down at red lights. What's the deal?...Am i not showing it enough love?...lol....All fluids have been changed recently as well as being tunned.....i need some advice....

ps...when it does blow out it is still running alright, it just doesn't like to slow down....

Your slow speed circuit may be off. The diaphragms or boots may be getting brittle. ie air leak.

Does it smooth out after you change gears? All gears?

Yea it smooths out a bit. After i ride it for a bit it will stop, but it still wants to bog down sometimes at red lights. I think it might be two seperate problems.
