ok to start with i noticed a valve cover leak like a month ago it isnt leaking real bad so i thought nothing of it and when i do the next oil change i'll change it right. well it was a lil more of a problem than i thought the hot oil was leaking down onto the lower radatior hose causing it to weakin and eventually pop hot coolant all over my shin.i rode it for prolly bout 200yards after that (to my inlawsdriveway)and shut it off in fear of engine damage, i called kali shop to get a new hose and stuff for a oil change,air filter , and plugs figured while it was down would be a good time told it would be a week so i left it at inlaws for a week and it rained its *** off all week. anyway i got everything done and went to change my air filter and it has grease in it like white lithium grease thought it was kinda weird looked a lil closer and my air suction valve was full of it too... so i took it off and cleand it andthe lines running to and from it. got it back together and i was on my way home i pulled out of there gravel/mud driveway onto the street so to clean off my back tire i left a nice lil 10 foot black mark,,, but about half way home i noticed it was running strange so i dropped it a gear and trounced it wow that was a bad idea, it poped spit sputtered backfired the rest of the ride i could barly hit 60. so now im home ive checked everything i could think of over and over. made shure the plugs were wired right, checked the spark blue across the board ,fuel pump works,checked the oil clean freash oil no debris.all the wires in the harness that could have been uknowingly pinched unplugged or in the way of taking off the farings, i even draind the gas to see if maybe water got in it, no such luck, is holding coolant and isnt overheating, just when i push it u can feel almost like it is timed wrong it will idle for as long as u want it too if you can start it but if you wanna reallygo good luck cause it freaks out under stress now,, i'm scard to get it past 4k rpmright now... if i dont find out whats up by the end of monday night it goes to the shop on tuesday. any ideas to try befor it hits the shop??
