ok update. now no run at all,!!!!!!!!!!!
1/2 plugs still look new and smell of gas
3/4 plugs are oil fouled..
all bowls have fuel,, pump is working,, fresh gas, fresh battery,, this is getting very tiresome,,
someone please help

What was the float height?

 

geez so so sorry #1 plug #2 plug,,,,, #3plug #4plug, float height is still stock,, bike 100%stock

 

have you tried to sync your carb's? maybe that might help if you took the carbs apart to work on them. it's just and idea maybe it will help

 

ok further update.. just cleaned the carbs again.. the bike is completely stock no mods.. still nuthin

 

ok, lets play basics with me. You mentioned cleaning the carbs. So you cleaned the low circuit and the high circuit. You actually measured the float heights. ok, so now what is the symptoms?

 

ok repulled plugs, all are dry now with a little gas smell.. no more oil soak on the #3 and #4 plugs,,
cleaned all parts upper and lower to carbs, bought new battery.. it actually started for 5seconds then stalled, almost got excited.. now it just spins over.. doesnt even wanna chug or act like it is sparking, rechecked spark, its bright blue across the board,,,, opended bowls and all have fuel...
this has to be sumthing really really stupid, it only has 7600 miles on the dang thing.... but im out of ideas.. also put my thumb in all the banks, and it has compression..

It sounds like the choke wasn't engaged; Was it?
