Talked to a kaw tech today. he says change the plugs. would black plugs make it lose half power and make it sound like a stock bmw?

Well the anwser to my own question is yes and no. Running carb's that have been jeted. will run rich so it will turn your plugs black. But, NO! you wont lose half power.
If your plug brakes the electrode inside the Insulator mid way down. YES! you will lose half power and NO RMP's will show up while it's running. LMAO! So check all the plugs if you have this happen to you. Now I seen there was alot of views on my thread and only 1tryed to help thank you again there Dragone. So, lets try this one. What would make the electrode brake like that? The only thing I added to the bike was some LED lights. 5 total. wired them to a set of wires that had a hot and ground coming out of the wiring harness. any Ideas on this one?

The "electrode" in the plug breaking will cause a drop in performance and will of course cause the triumph or twin sound. Thank goodness it was not the electrode producing the spark to the piston. I have not had a plug break on me though.
hmm, so what wires did you add the extra load too then?
