Usually this occurs after riding for about least 15 min or more. It only seems to happen when I accelerate from a stop in 1st gear or decelerate to 1st. at idle, its too high or barely runs, and then gradually accelerates when I turn the throttle. Then after a few seconds it catches. Sometimes, in the middle of riding it dies out and won't start back up. I have to wait a good 5-10 min. before it kicks over again (if it kicks over) ive tried clean carbs, air filter, battery, and fuel injector. Been to 3 separate bike shops over 4 months and all always say they cant find anything and it runs great...is there a trick with ninjas and 1st gear?

Is the fuel tank venting properly? Try poping the tank open when it gives you problems, you might have a bad vent, could also be spark related, How do the plugs look?

Since it is a carbed ride, fuel restriction, float height and carb synch. change the fuel filter to start with. good luck and welcome to KF.
