Default taking a road trip with my zx600

In June I am planning on going all the way to California and back from Minnesota on my '86 ZX600. Im working right now to fix it up. What does everyone think about this as a long distance motorcycle? Let me know some thoughts. Thanks, Aaron

I'd replaced the fluids, tires, brakes, etc. Also ifyou don't have AAA plus for the bike get it, other than that should be a blast

Hm those cruise controls freak me out. I know it's a one in a million, but cruise control on a bike [sm=shades.gif] cool yes, but not so much for me.

Man, that is an oldie; the second year of the original Ninja 600. I have one! A racebike! Your arms & shoulders may hurt on a long trip like that. Mine did when I rode from Oakland to Monterey, Ca way back in well, a long time ago. I was younger and in better shape too[&o].
