Suspension Tweeking
You can't get anywhere until you set the sag front and rear. Many riders fail to do this when the bike is new. The reality is that the bike is not set up from the factory. The sag will be completely different for a 200lb rider than a 135lb rider. The amount of sag (IE:35mm) is the same but the weight of the rider make the adjustment different. The site Non stock offered is a good one. If you don't want to go through the trouble of doing your own suspension set up you will never get it right.

In my first post I noted my weight, height and the type of riding I do and wanted to know 1. If anyone matched my demensions and 2. If they wrote down the settings/clickes they used (i.e. sag, preload, damping settings etc.) and 4. If they could pass those along to me so I could get a good starting base. I just wanted a good place to begin man, rather than starting from scratch. LOL
No worries
, I'm going to start setting her up this weekend. Thanks for the info. though man.
