i have been trying for an hour i cant get the damn pistons in. i had all the rings inside the sleves and i go to push down and always one of the pistons goes crooked and f's it up. i am so sick of this damn bike.

Do the inner 2 cylinders first.Rotate the #2 &3pistons to TDC.Put a couple of small piecesstrips of wood or aluminum below the piston skirts above theengine case.Squeeze the rings one at a time with your fingertipswhile keeping the gap locations in place. Make sure the rings are in their groove and lightly tap the the cylinder down with your hands.

i will try it tommarow after i get off work i have to wake up in a few hours and im just beat. thanks for the tips. two of the piston rings dont seem to be strait then keep falling out of the groove and dont go back in very well.

make sure you have stager the rings going back in, you prob will have either a arrow or a dot on the piston, make sure the ring end gap iis like that __o__,you know line the gap and dot/arrow up, and then second ring 180o from that, a good note for head bolts if you dont have the manual is to work in criss cross method

ive been trying for the last hour i cant get it. the rings are all messed up they dont go in theier grooves properly. on pisons rings are really bad. i dont know what im going to do. i am sick of this bike and sick of spending time and money on it.

i might sell it if i can get 450 for it. i just dont want to play with it anymore. i dont have the time or experiance or the money to fix it and it just pisses me off lol
