There used to be a guy in Hayward; Precision Boring & Machining that we used to take stuff to get checked & machined. Check with him; his name is Mitch. Another guy in Oakland: Bill Smith Machine & Quandry (Hemachned all the parts formy racebike motor). Call around or check with some bike shops also. Factory Pro (Marc Salvisburg)doesn't do that type of work anymore; just super tuning or I would have recommended him.

You'd be best getting another one. Find a used motor on ebay or a salvage yard. There is acycle salvage (Recycle)in Richmond I think.

Tell them that if it's bad, you'll bring it back. They might check it out for you.

k well on my head where the 2 tubes come in from the thermostat and what not. the guy had put some sealer in there and had put 2 rubber o rings in there to seal it up. i took all that crap off and i wanted to see what the gap was like and its pretty bad. coudl that have anything to do with the coolant in the oil?also is it mabye the wrong part or somthing? the bolts taht hold the tube on line up perfectly but the holes seems too big. or mabye does it just need a bigger o-ring?

I don't think having the wrong size o-rings would cause the coolant to leal in the oil.It woud only cause a coolant leak externally and would come out fron the little seep holes on the side of the cylinders.
